One of the latest telemarketing delivery systems is voice broadcasting. Voice broadcasting is the delivery of a taped message to a list of names with telephone numbers.

The way the system works is that a customer would call into our digital tape recorder and tape a 30 second to 1 minute message. Once the message sounds perfect, then we will load the message on to our voice broadcast machine along with the database of telephone numbers. The machine is programmed as to when to make the calls.

Once the machine is activated, it will call each telephone number and either deliver the message live or to the recipient's voicemail. After the program is completed, a report is furnished that indicates the result of each call, along with a summary report.

The system can also transfer the called party to a live call center should they request it.

Voice broadcasting is used heavily in the political, finance, credit card, consumer products, and non-profit markets. It is effective because the recipient hears a live message from a celebrity or an effective spokesperson. It is cost effective because there is relatively little labor involved.
